教育部學術倫理電子報
學術界公開傳播研究成果的途徑相當多元,其中包含了最常⾒的學位論⽂與研討會論⽂等著作形式。⽽當前還有另⼀種知識傳播型態也時常被提出來討論,那就是「預印本論⽂」(preprint)。本期主題文章,將介紹預印本論⽂之出版倫理相關議題,讓學術界各⽅機構與⼈⼠能熟悉預印本論⽂之出版倫理與其在知識傳播上所應關注的重點。第二部分「中心新訊」回顧過去一季AREE的更新,包括課程單元名稱異動公告、新增一款海報與四部情境影片、111學年度新生上課須知,詳情請點此見第4頁。
五、結語
預印本論⽂的出現已逐漸成為研究⼈員發表研究成果的重要管道,也促進了知識傳播以及協助新進研究⼈員的學術專業發展。近年學術界對於預印本論⽂所涉及的出版倫理議題雖有⼀些討論,但共識尚不明朗,包括出版倫理之原則性規範未臻完善、⼀稿多投與重複出版之疑義,以及重複資訊所造成的數位倉儲負荷問題等,這些都是預印本論⽂的投稿者可能會⾯臨到的問題。建⽴⼀個能持續監督、檢驗與改進的預印本論⽂品質管理機制,是當前學術各界應共同努⼒的⽅向。
