重複出版
Duplicate publication; also called as redundant publication
- 重複發表而未經註明。
- 重複申請、發表或出版是指將同一份研究資料、學術著作、研究計劃書或研究概念等，重複用於申請不同的補助，或重複出版及發表在不同的刊物或研討會上。一旦這些重複的行為產生，若沒有得到首次補助或出版單位的許可，則可能構成常聽到的「一稿多投」，也可能產生侵害補助或出版單位之著作權的法律問題。
A published work (or substantial sections from a published work) is/are published more than once (in the same or another language) without adequate acknowledgment of the source/crossreferencing/justification. It is also when the same (or substantially overlapping) data is presented in more than one publication without adequate cross-referencing/justification, particularly when this is done in such a way that reviewers/readers are unlikely to realise that most or all the findings have been published before.
