開放資料
Open data
開放資料指的是資料能被任何人自由地使用，重新使用與散佈 – 我們至多只能要求來源標示，與以相同方式分享。
依據國際「開放定義」（Open Definition），具開放性的作品在散布上，應滿足「開放授權 」、「方便近用」、「開放格式 」三項條件，允許任何人都可以自由存取、使用、修改，以及分享，且最多僅受限於引註出處。
Open data is data that can be freely used, re-used and redistributed by anyone - subject only, at most, to the requirement to attribute and share alike.
Open Data are online, free of cost, accessible data that can be used, reused and distributed provided that the data source is attributed and shared alike.
