指因著作完成所生之著作人格權及著作財產權。
1. A right, granted by a government, which prohibits unauthorized copying, performance, or alteration of creative works. Copyright laws include a fair use exemption which allows limited, unauthorized uses for non-commercial purposes.
2. Exclusive legal right of the originator to copy, reproduce, print, publish, perform, film, or record literary, artistic, or musical material digitally or in any other form.
