「個人註冊者」帳號驗證與鎖定說明

為提供更優質及安全的服務,本中心自 2025 年 8 月 11 日起針對「個人註冊者」使用者變更帳號驗證機制,說明如下:



一、「個人註冊者」申請帳號時須先完成帳號驗證


「個人註冊者」註冊帳號時,必須先完成「帳號驗證」手續,驗證通過後方得進行帳號開通手續與相關設定(含個人資料蒐集同意),若未完成帳號驗證,或不同意個人資料蒐集者,恕無法使用線上修課服務。

  1. 請於網站首頁點「註冊帳號」,並依照網頁指示操作。
  2. 資料填寫完畢,系統會將帳號驗證網址寄至您作為網站帳號的電子信箱。
  3. 請您收信並點擊信中的驗證網址,當畫面出現「此 Email 已通過驗證」時,請點擊「請繼續使用系統」,並依照網頁指示操作。


帳號驗證信可能因為網路環境而有延遲狀況,請耐心等候,如果沒有收到信,請至垃圾郵件查詢,或點「重寄驗證信」。



二、「個人註冊者」超過 1095 天未登入網站將被鎖定帳號(原為 730 天)


「個人註冊者」若超過 1095 天未登入網站,系統會將帳號「逾時鎖定」,暫時關閉網站登入權限。

如果需要重新啟用帳號,請向本中心客服申請解鎖,解鎖後即可登入網站,登入後也請務必更新密碼

To provide better and safer services, starting from August 11, 2025, our center has revised the account verification requirements for “Registrants” as follows:



1. “Registrants” must complete account verification when you apply a new account.


When "Registrants" register an account, they must first complete the "account verification" procedure. After passing the verification, they can proceed with the account activation procedures and related settings, including consent to personal data collection.If the account verification is not completed, or if consent to personal data collection is not given, the registrants will not be eligible to use the online course service.

  1. Please visit the homepage of the website and click "Sign Up."Follow the instructions provided on the webpage.
  2. After completing the required information, the system will send an account verification link to the email address you provided for your website account.
  3. Please check your email and click the verification link. When the screen shows “This Email has been Verified,” click "Please Continue Using the System," and follow the website instructions.


The verification email may be delayed due to network conditions. Please wait patiently. If you do not receive the email, please check your spam folder or click “Resend Verification Email.”



2. “Registrants” accounts will be locked if not logged in for more than 1095 days.


If a "Registrants" account has not logged in for more than 1095 days, the system will "Timeout Lock" the account, and temporarily close the login access.

To reactivate the account, please contact AREE customer service. After reactivating, you can log into the account. Once logged in, please remember to change your password.
