因教育部機房火警，造成學術網路系統異常，網站部分功能暫時無法使用，影響範圍：
1. 必修學生（含登入、上課、測驗、下載修課證明）
2. 學生管理者（所有管理功能）
目前已派員處理中，造成各界不便，敬請見諒。
如有問題請來信至本中心客服信箱：aree_service@nycu.edu.tw
來信請提供：
1. 姓名
2. 服務單位／學校名稱
3. 帳號／學號
4. 入學年月（僅必修學生需要提供）
5. 身分識別碼（臺灣使用者為身分證字號末3碼，外籍使用者為護照末3碼）
6. 詳述問題（若為成績與題目，請提供測驗時間與題目描述；若為總測驗送出異常，請提供測驗時間與您所填答的全部答案）
